the learn to swim victoria team

All our teachers have been professionally trained and fully qualified holding Austswim/Swim Australia certifications with some of our more experienced teachers holding Green, Bronze and Silver coaching qualifications. Even after the initial training, their learning doesn’t stop there. We pride ourselves on maintaining the latest industry standards so constant professional development is a focus for all our staff.

In addition to our great teaching staff we have a number of office and support staff, all of which are available to help you with any queries you may have.

swim school coordinator

JEANETTE STEWARD has been with LTSV for 15 years and is responsible for the everyday running of the swim school.

Her extensive teaching experience is an invaluable asset and she is therefore also in charge of teacher training.

office manager / pool deck supervisor / teacher

DAMIAN first started at Learn to Swim Victoria in 2005 and was here for 2 years. After a brief sabbatical in Queensland, Damian is back here with us.

Damian can frequently be seen around pool deck as Pool Deck Supervisor and has a wide range of experience in the aquatics industry.  

Outside of LTSV Damian enjoys cooking and snow skiing.
